It was in an absolutely perfect location on the beach until the morning. Easily reached Massa Kitchen, located at walking distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there...

The location was magnificent, within a close distance from an archaeology museum. Generally the service was very good, the room was lovely modern with modern decor and free breakfast.

we had the most perfectly pleasant few days there. the hotel was charming, and fairly clean, and the location was excellent on the beach until the morning. the staff was attentive, good services. the vibe here was quiet. also, free wi-fi throughout the property was really handy.

This hotel is perfect for a stopover if you're arriving by bus. Its location next to the bus station and within walking distance of the two biggest malls is amazing. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were all there. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The bright interior flooded with sunlight in the morning was a refreshing touch.

Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, with a limited choice of food and no vegetables at all. However, overall, everything was okay.

Booking numbers in this hotel is poor: I've ordered 2 separete numbers for 3 people, but they decided somehow about 1 triple number. The problem was resolved at place, but week later I've received mail from Booked.net that the hotel has notified them that I did not arrive at the hotel on the check-in date of my booking, which is not true. Strange attitude to visitors... I've paid them with cash.

During my recent stay at Family Hotel Gran Ivan, I had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to the bus station and a shopping mall. The room, although small, was functional and had everything I needed. I particularly enjoyed having a cozy balcony, even though the view wasn't impressive.

While there were a few drawbacks, such as the lack of an elevator and the simple shower setup without curtains, they were not major issues for me. The hotel also lacked parking, but I managed to find a spot on the street after some searching.

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean rooms, good amenities, fast wifi.

The venue is convenient and well priced, its location is excellent, close to shopping Mall and Bus station, a large shopping center and downtown or the airport. The room is extremely spacious with big bed, also they can offer wake-up service.

Very good service was provided. The staff were respectful and helped us with private parking.
